Malcolm L. Newsome
Founder/President

A native of Waukegan, IL, Malcolm Newsome found his love and passion for helping, encouraging and motivating others at a very early age.  Understanding this, Malcolm went on to complete a double-major in Psychology and Applied Sociology from Northern Illinois University.  Instead of going into social service after graduating, he chose banking as his career path.  During this time, he was very successful in various roles.  It was also during this time that he was able to further develop his business acumen.

Returning to his first love of helping others, Malcolm founded two companies.  The first, ETW Services (www.etwservices.com), a Coaching and Development firm that specializes in improving interpersonal communication between employers and employees.  The second, GoGreenDeals.com to help consumers as well as small businesses in their pursuits of preserving our beautiful planet.

Malcolm also serves on the Board of Directors for the Youth Conservation Corp/YouthBuild program in Waukegan.  The program is in the midst of completing the first ever “Green” Affordable Housing project in Lake County, Illinois.(Click here for more info on the YCC YouthBuild Green Build Project)

Malcolm is the proud father of two wonderful boys and is engaged to be wed this May.
